Trading conditions

Below you will find the applicable terms and conditions for shopping at All our trading terms naturally comply with the Danish legislation in online trading.

Note: There may be differences in the terms when buying at and when buying in the physical store, where the rules for normal retail trade come into force.


All prices on are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT.

Agreement conclusion

When you shop at, you enter into an agreement with ANNE SAX. With each purchase, you must accept the terms of the trading conditions. You are encouraged to read the terms thoroughly and familiarize yourself with the obligations and rights that the terms give you. At the bottom of your order confirmation you can also find a link to the trading conditions.

At, purchase agreements with children and young people under the age of 18 can only be entered into by parents or others who can legally act on behalf of the child or young person.

All contracts are concluded in Danish.


All orders over DKK 500 are sent free of charge. Orders under DKK 500 are subject to a shipping fee of DKK 30.

All items ordered on weekdays before 14.00 and which are in stock, we do our utmost to ship the same day. In busy periods, an extra day may pass. You will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can follow the package as soon as we have delivered the package for dispatch.

We deliver worldwide. If your country is not on the list, please send us an email.


Reservations are made for price errors, discontinued or sold-out items and items that are backordered or delayed from the supplier. ANNE SAX cannot be held responsible for delays and/or any costs due to delays.

We aim to display correct images, descriptions and prices on the site, but reserve the right for inaccuracies or typographical errors.

You can see the expected delivery time on all items in the webshop. We endeavor that this statement is correct, but it does not constitute a guarantee. In the unfortunate event that deviations occur, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.


As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at This also applies to discounted items.

The item must be returned in the same unused condition with all original tags as when received. Socks' original packaging must not be opened. If this happens, the right to return and exchange expires.

In all our shipments to Denmark, we attach a ready-to-use return label.
If you wish to exchange an item, it is free to use the attached return label.

If you want to return the item and get your money back, you are also very welcome to use our return label. In that case, it costs DKK 50 to use, which will be deducted from the amount you must get back from us.

Items or packages that are lost during the return shipment are not refunded. We therefore strongly recommend that you use a safe form of transport, for example PostNord's parcel service, and always receive a receipt for your delivery.

The package is sent to ANNE SAX, Grønnegade 30, 1107 Copenhagen K.

The right of return can also be exercised by handing the product over to our physical store in Grønnegade 30, 1107 København K. In this case, the product must be in closed packaging and contain a copy of the original invoice. Our store staff will issue a receipt solely for receipt of the package and the return procedure will not be handled on site. Money cannot therefore be paid back in the store.

When we have received the item back and checked that it meets the conditions for the right of withdrawal to be used, the purchase price will be refunded to you via the same payment method that was used for the purchase. When making a bank transfer, it is therefore important that we receive your registration number and account number. We endeavor to refund the amount on the same day or the day after the item is received back, but it can take up to 7 days.

If we believe that the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal have not been met, we will contact you by email with a reason. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

If a parcel is not picked up at the chosen post office or delivery point, the parcel is automatically returned to ANNE SAX. We deduct DKK 50 in shipping costs before the amount is returned.

If you wish to exchange an item, it is free to use the attached return label.

You can either send us an email or enclose a note in the package stating what you want the exchange for. If things are to go quickly, the fastest thing is to immediately make a new order and then get a refund for the old one.

If you want to return the item and get your money back, you are also very welcome to use our return label. In that case, it costs DKK 50 to use, which will be deducted from the amount you must get back from us.

The item can also be exchanged for another item in our physical store by bringing a copy of the invoice.

In the event of a complaint or wrong delivery

If the item has been damaged during transport and it can be seen on the package, you must inform PostNord of this upon receipt of the package.

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible stating the error. If you want to advertise a product, send us an email stating the problem and a copy of the invoice or state the invoice number for faster case processing.

We strongly recommend that you do not use an item before any complaints or claims have been processed.

Handling of personal data

In order to enter into an agreement with ANNE SAX via the website, you must provide at least your name, address and email address.

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered at and stored for 5 years, after which the information is deleted. If you create an account with us, we also register your previous purchases, so that this can be helpful for your next purchase. We may also use your information about previous purchases to help your loved ones find the perfect gift for you.

We do not store or transmit customer information encrypted. The information submitted to is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, by approving these trading conditions. Owner Anne Sax, as well as employees who handle your orders, have access to the information registered about you. The data controller is the company ANNE SAX.

Use of web analytics

At we use the web analysis program Google Analytics. This is a system that collects information about e.g. how many visitors there have been, where they come from, etc. The purpose of the log statistics is to be able to optimize the function of the website for the benefit of the customers. Among other things, Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data for analysis.
