My login is not working

If you had a login on our old website, unfortunately, it will not work on this website as we have switched systems. Therefore, please create a new account on this website.

Can I imort my wishlist from the old website?

Due to us changing to a completely new website, unfortunately, the profile and wishlist you had on the old webshop will disappear, and you will need to create a new profile on this website, which is our new platform. Since your data is private and your webshop profile no longer exists, we cannot automatically transfer your wishlist to the new site until you create a new customer login.

If you wish for us to transfer your wishlist, simply create a profile and then send an email to annesax@annesax.dk with the subject line 'wishlist'. In the email, please provide the email address you used to create your new profile and indicate that you would like your wishlist transferred.

Note: Your profile in the physical store will not be affected, and we will still be able to see your purchase history if you have a customer profile in the store. This only pertains to the webshop profile and webshop wishlist.

Gift wrapping

Yes, gift wrapping is complimentary. In the shopping cart, simply check the box for gift wrapping.

If you wish for the gifts to be wrapped in separate packages, you can specify that in the comment field.

Are all your items available on the website?

Yes, mostly. The vast majority of our items are online, but we also have special items that we only have a few pieces of, which may not have been listed online. If you're unsure about a specific item, please feel free to send us a message at annesax@annesax.dk.

Are all the items available on the webshop also in the Grønnegade store?

Most of the items you see on the webshop are also available in the Grønnegade store. However, there are some items that we only have available online from a remote warehouse. If we don't have the item physically in the store, there will be a longer delivery time indicated. If there's no extended delivery time or specific delivery date mentioned on the product itself, then we have the item in the store.

The exception is items in the Clearance section (reduced items), which are typically stored in our remote warehouse. If you'd like to try items from the Clearance section in the store, you can order them online for store pickup. This way, you can try them on when you arrive. We'll notify you as soon as they arrive in the store, usually the next business day.

How do I use my wishlist?

The wishlist is for you who want to remember the things you like. You can save them to your wishlist on the site, making it easy to find them next time you visit the shop. You can also send wishes to your friends, family, or partner through the wishlist. Here's how to do it: Click on "Log in" in the top right corner and sign up as "New customers." It's free and easy. The information is needed to save your wishlist. If you're already registered, click on "Log in" and press the small heart icon in the top right corner to view your wishlist. If you see an item you want to add to your wishlist, simply click on the small heart or the "add to wishlist" button on the product page. When you want to find the items you've added to your wishlist, click on the heart icon in the top right corner.

Order

Can you source an out-of-stock item?

Yes, we can in many cases.

There is a big difference in how long it takes when we order goods from the individual suppliers, but we can, for example, have Andres Sarda, PrimaDonna and Marie Jo at home in about three working days.

Payment

Which payment methods are available?

On the webshop we accept Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Diners.


You can also pay with MobilePay.


If you want to pay by bank transfer, we can also arrange that.

Freight

What is the shipping cost?

All purchases over DKK 500 are sent postage free in Denmark. For orders under DKK 500, shipping costs DKK 30. It is the same price, DKK 30, regardless of whether you want the package delivered to the address, or you want to pick it up in a parcel box or delivery location of your choice. (This excludes Greenland and the Faroe Islands, which applies to other see them under 'How much does shipping abroad and Greenland and the Faroe Islands cost' or see them in the basket).

How much does shipping cost abroad and Greenland and the Faroe Islands?

DKK 50: Sweden and Finland. Free delivery on purchases over DKK 1,500

DKK 200: EU and associated countries. Free delivery on purchases over DKK 2,500

DKK 250: Norway, Iceland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Free delivery on purchases over DKK 2,500

DKK 250: The rest of the world. Free delivery on purchases over DKK 2,500

Delivery

Who do you send the goods with?

To Denmark and Sweden, we ship with PostNord's parcel service. To other countries we ship with DHL.

How quickly are items shipped?

We endeavor to dispatch items on the same day or the next business day, as long as they are in stock in the store. If it is an item that needs to be delivered from our remote warehouse, you can count on the delivery time stated on the item when you ordered it. When you order several items, please pay attention to whether they all have the same delivery time.

Can I track my goods?

Yes, as soon as your shipment is packed, you will receive a tracking number via email to PostNord.

EXCHANGE

Can I exchange sale items?

Yes, sale items are exchanged on the same terms as items at full price.

Can I exchange the item in the physical store?

Yes of course, bring a copy of your order confirmation/invoice. You can exchange the item in the store.

If you do not want another item, you will receive a receipt from the lingerie stylists in the store, and the money will be transferred within a few days to the same payment card on which it was purchased.

How do I exchange an item?

In all our shipments to Denmark, we attach a ready-to-use return label. If you wish to exchange an item, it is free to use the attached return label for PostNord. You can either send us an email or attach a note with what you want to exchange. If things are to go quickly, the fastest thing is to make a new order and then get a refund for the old one. If you want to return the item and get your money back, you are also very welcome to use our return label. In that case, it costs DKK 50 to use, which will be deducted from the amount you must get back from us.

RETURN

Can I exchange a gift?

Yes of course. If you have received a gift that was purchased online at www.annesax.dk and wish to return or exchange it for another item, you must do so within 14 days from the original receipt of the item. You just need to make sure you have a copy of the order confirmation or invoice. See under 'Exchange/return'.

Can I get the money back?

Yes, of course. Items purchased on the webshop must simply be returned within 14 days of receiving it, and the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. For goods bought in the physical store, we do not give the money back, but always offer a credit certificate.

Can I get the money back in the physical store?

Goods purchased on the webshop can be delivered to our physical store in Grønnegade 30, 1107 København K, and the money will be returned to the same payment card with which the order was placed, within 1-2 business days.

Money is not given back for goods bought in our physical store, but we always offer a credit certificate.

You have sent the wrong product - what do I do?

We always endeavor to carefully deliver the goods you have ordered. If, contrary to expectations, we send a wrong item, please contact us by email annesax@annesax.dk and we will apologize and find a solution so that you do not have costs in relation to returns/exchanges.

Do you take sale items back?

Yes, we have a 14-day full right of return - also on sale items from the shop - valid from the day you receive your goods.

You just have to return the item within 14 days of receiving it and the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

In all shipments to addresses in Denmark, we have enclosed a completed return slip for PostNord that you can use. The item is sent at the customer's risk, and we recommend that you get a receipt for your shipment just to be safe.

Who pays return shipping?

In all our shipments to Denmark, we attach a return label ready for use by PostNord. If you wish to exchange an item, it is free to use the attached return label. If you want to return the item and get the money back, you are also very welcome to use our return label. In that case, it costs DKK 50 to use, which will be deducted from the amount you must get back from us.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, we want you to only have lingerie in your drawer that fits you perfectly and that you are happy with. Therefore, you can of course also return sale items under the same conditions as items at full price.

How long can Christmas presents be exchanged?

Christmas presents bought on the webshop can be exchanged and returned up to and including 15 January 2025.

SIZES

Are the sizes EUR or French or English?

There is a difference between what are called EUR sizes, French sizes and English sizes.

Everything on our site is indicated in EUR sizes (which are the sizes we use in Denmark) - even if it comes from France or England.
In the goods from e.g. Marjolaine and ERES have French sizes in the clothes, but on our site and on our price labels EUR (Danish) sizes are used.

Gift cards/credit vouchers

Can I use gift cards/credit vouchers issued in the shop on the webshop?

Unfortunately, your gift card or voucher issued in our physical store cannot be automatically recognized by our website.

You can use the gift card or credit card by completing an order as normal and thus approving the full amount, and then writing the reference number and issue date of the gift card/credit card in the comments field.

When we complete the order, we repay your receivables. Most often, the repayment comes together on the day the amount is withdrawn, while in some cases there will be a one-day delay in the repayment.
