What is the delivery cost?
All purchases of at least DKK 500 are sent postage free. For orders under DKK 500, delivery costs DKK 30.
How quickly are items shipped?
We endeavor to dispatch goods on the same day or the next business day.
Who do you send the goods with?
We send parcels with PostNord's parcel service.
Can I track my goods?
Yes, as soon as your shipment has been delivered to PostNord, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I get it delivered the same day?
Yes, in Greater Copenhagen you can have your goods delivered by courier the same day. Call us on 33 32 00 52 and we can make an agreement.
If the item is not in stock, how do I know how long it will take?
As a general rule, we send an email about expected delivery if the item is not in stock. You are also welcome to ask. Send us an email at annesax@annesax.dk or use the contact form next to the product, and we will answer you as soon as possible regarding delivery time.
