Shipping policy

What are the delivery costs? All purchases of at least DKK 500 are shipped free of charge. For orders under DKK 500, the delivery cost is DKK 30.

How quickly are orders dispatched? We strive to dispatch orders the same day or the next business day.

Who do you use to ship your products? We ship packages using PostNord's parcel service.

Can I track my shipment? Yes, as soon as your shipment is handed over to PostNord, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I get same-day delivery? Yes, in Greater Copenhagen, you can have your items delivered the same day by courier. Please call us at 33 32 00 52, and we can arrange it.

If the item is not in stock, how can I find out how long it will take? As a general rule, we send an email about the expected delivery if the item is not in stock. You are also welcome to ask. Send us an email at annesax@annesax.dk or use the contact form on the product page, and we will respond as soon as possible regarding the delivery time.

Where do you deliver? In our webshop, you can order items for delivery worldwide. If your country unexpectedly cannot be selected when you add the item to your cart, please send an email to annesax@annesax.dk.
