Shipping and returns

Shipping to Denmark:
Free shipping on purchases over DKK 499, otherwise shipping costs DKK 30.

All items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange for other items, return shipping is free. If you wish to get your money back, it costs DKK 50 to use our return label.

All items can be exchanged or returned to our physical store.

Shipping abroad: shipping is calculated in the basket after you have entered the address/country. It is no problem to return your items within 14 days of receipt. You can return with the postal company of your choice. Be sure to keep the proof of shipment/trackingnumber.

Should your country be missing, send us an email at annesax@annesax.dk and we will quickly create a shipping option.
VAT and duties

Shipping to the EU:

The price you see in the cart after selecting your country is the final price including VAT. There will be no additional costs.

Norway:

We are registered in the Norwegian VOEC scheme, which means:

If each item in the order costs less than NOK 3,000 per item:

Norwegian VAT (25%) is included in the price and you pay no
additional fees upon delivery.

If one or more items cost more than NOK 3,000 per item:

The VOEC scheme does not apply to these items and the entire order is treated as
regular imports.

You will therefore be charged Norwegian VAT (25%) and any customs clearance fee upon delivery. In this case, we will refund the Danish VAT (25%) which will be
refunded to your account.

If your order contains an item over NOK 3,000, we will contact you before shipping so you can decide whether you want to continue with the order. You can read more and calculate costs for orders containing an item over NOK 3,000 here.

United Kingdom:

According to regulations orders up to GBP 135 (including shipping) are delivered inclusive of VAT and customs duties. Therefore, no additional costs are incurred.

For orders over GBP 135 (including any shipping costs), Danish VAT (25%) will be deducted from the basket, and the order will be subject to British import VAT (20%) and customs duty (typically 6–12%) as well as a small handling fee upon receipt.

All other countries:

The Danish VAT (25%) is deducted from the basket and the recipient is responsible for local costs for VAT, customs and fees locally in the recipient country.
